Also, the townspeople put forward the assumption that the site belongs to the Tamanskaya Dacha tract. However, the Stavropol town planning committee denied this fact.

The mayor’s office of the regional center added that permits for the construction of offices on this piece of land were not issued. In the future, the use of the site for the building object is also not planned.
