The US space agency NASA is all set to launch the second flight of the SpaceX crew dragon from the International Space Station today. Crew-2 will be launched from the launch space 39A of Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 3.19 pm Indian Airlines time with four astronauts. SpaceX postponed the next space mission for a day on Wednesday due to high waves and strong winds in the sea.
Till today the weather is expected to be better, so the launch is now planned for the same day. SpaceX’s Dragon capsule will fly from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. This vehicle has the ability to postpone it on the way to orbit in case of emergency. In this expedition, four people will go to space, which are from America, Japan and France. All these astronauts will stay in the International Space Station for six months. This will be SpaceX’s third expedition with NASA in less than a year.
The first campaign was held in May last year. Last week, the teams of NASA and SpaceX met to review the flight readiness. Both teams were ready for flight later that week. The team inspected its check list and discovered only a minor flaw.
