Ebene Magazine - The former NRL hooker dies in a tragic accident

Former Panthers, West Tiger’s hooker and Samoan International Masada Iosefa died last night after a tragic quad bike accident.

The talented hooker passed away just hours before his 33rd birthday today and is supported by teammates in Rockhampton mourned where to head the Emu Park team this season.

Samoa-born Iosefa moved his family to Sydney at a young age and was a student star at Blacktown’s Patrician Brothers’ College.

2012 -13 he played for Wests Tigers and often played for star hooker Robbie Farah.

Iosefa also played two Tests for Samoa and was a member of the New Zealand World Cup squad.
