The star of the Netflix documentary miniseries « The King of the Tigers » Joseph Maldonado-Passage (Joe Exotic) did not receive a pardon from US President Donald Trump on his last day as head of state, Fox reports.
Lawyers for the shocking breeder of wild cats were counting on a pardon and ordered a limousine to the prison door for January 20, but the name of Joe Exotic was not on the list of pardons published by Trump.
In January 2020, an Oklahoma state court sentenced Joe Exotica to 22 years in prison for forging documents, killing five tigers, and attempted contract killing of animal rights activist Carol Baskin. The convict denied his guilt and asked Trump for a pardon.
